Introducing award-based scoring
Hi everybody
we are very happy to announce that finally after some weeks of work and after eating through a huge pile of bugs battlechoc now has a new hopefully more fun scoring system based on awards.
We thought that just counting the number of attacks or buildings placed isn't that rewarding and introduced a scoring system that is based on fulfilling certain events and achievements during the game like "not loosing a single unit", "capturing the enemies bunny a lot of times" or just "playing a multiplayer game instead of single player".
The result is really fun, starting with a set of almost 50 different awards and the implementation makes it easy for us to introduce new ones later on.
Here is the result of the new game end overview with the top 5 awards earned during the game shown in the capture.
